Omaha, Nebraska based original blues band formed in late 2005 by Mat Edwards - lead vocals/guitar, Jim Tichota - drums/backing vocals, Steve "AJ" Jones - bass guitar/harmonica. All journeyman musicians who individually have played,recorded and toured the U.S. Pacific Northwest, Texas, Nebraska, Illinois, Tennessee, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Pennsylvania, ready to deliver 3 individual styles from slow to lightning fast blues. When the band first formed and talking about past playing experiences from coffeehouses to "juke joints" to 500 seat arena's the name "Juke Gypsies" seemed to fit the bands rambling nature.
